We are Johann, Marcel, and Dominik – your hosts. We live partly right next door with our partners and are available for your questions and requests most of the time. We want to make sure that no question remains unanswered and hardly any wish unfulfilled. If there’s anything we can help you with, don’t hesitate to contact us or find us at the back of the house.
We are always happy to have a nice chat if desired, but we also respect your privacy should you wish to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

If the comprehensive brochures and information we have prepared for you at the accommodation aren’t enough, we are always happy to personally provide additional information. Professionally, we work in healthcare, business, insurance, education, and crafts. Our interests are diverse, and when the weather allows, we spend a lot of time outdoors in the area or gardening – you will likely see us there from time to time. We also have a great interest in local cuisine and have already prepared some Tyrolean recommendations for you in the accommodation.

The accommodation is located right next to the hosts’ private residences, offering a family-friendly, authentic, and idyllic atmosphere in the Tyrolean mountains. Instead of luxury, the accommodation provides functional and thematically decorated rooms, plenty of space for entire families, a low-traffic environment, a beautiful and spacious garden, and year-round sunshine.

The facilities are designed to meet the needs of longer stays with multiple guests. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a traditional wood stove in addition to a standard stove. The wood stove can not only heat the house but also be used to prepare traditional dishes.
In addition to underfloor heating in some rooms and radiators in others, there is also a wood stove available to heat the living and sleeping areas. Please note that heating and cooking with wood is only available during the colder months.

The accommodation is located about a 5-minute drive from the center of Inzing, at an altitude of 824 meters. It is accessible via a well-maintained mountain road with an elevation gain of about 200 meters. On some curves, it is advisable to slow down to allow for oncoming traffic. The house is situated at Gigglberg, the sunniest hamlet of Inzinger Berg. Only a handful of houses are located at Gigglberg, making it a very quiet and idyllic spot. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place.

Even though the accommodation feels remote, many attractions are just a stone’s throw away for adventure seekers. Innsbruck can be reached in just 15 minutes by car, the nearest ski resorts are 20–25 minutes away, and thanks to the central location, both the Tyrolean Lowlands and Highlands are easily accessible for day trips. On the way, you’ll find several restaurants and supermarkets for guests who prefer self-catering.

Along the driveway and parallel to the house, up to three cars can be parked in a row. The forest entrance is located 100 meters away and offers a circular hike ranging from 20 minutes to several hours. The Inzinger Alm (open in the summer months) can be reached on foot (about 2 hours) directly from the accommodation. From there, motivated hikers can continue for another two hours to reach the unique Hundstalsee, which is definitely worth the effort.
